Born and raised in Lebanon; I moved to Dubai in 2021 when I was 35 years old. When moving houses, I began to feel the pleasure I get from organizing and cleaning.
My entourage always referred to me as “Monica” from “Friends”. Being raised in a traditional middle eastern household, I have learnt from a young age the importance of cleanliness and tidiness. My late mother was always on a cleaning spree and luckily for you, I got that from her!
Coming to Dubai I realized I could put my OCD to use, I have always been super organized, maybe too organized for my 9 to 5 job, but I needed to make use of it for a greater purpose and this is where the concept of Space Detox came from. Should you need more proof about my obsessive ordering and tidying needs you can ask my husband who encouraged me to pursue this passion of mine.
